The conical twin-screw extruder is specially designed for the production of PVC pipes, PVC profiles, WPC profiles, PVC pellets, SPC floors; the conical twin-screw extruder rotates at 30-45rpm. The conical twin-screw extruder gearbox has two parts, the drive gearbox and the distribution box, the two conical twin-screw will be connected to the distribution box, the conical twin-screw extruder also uses a twin-screw feeder, it is more Stable and accurate.

We use aluminum ceramic and aluminum heaters on conical twin-screw extruders, all heaters have an external protective cover to avoid personal injury, and water circulation cooling is installed in the feeding area to prevent the PVC material from being blocked, because the heating power will Transfer from the screw barrel to the feed zone.

In addition, we have a vacuum system with good performance that can draw moisture and air from the barrel; it will improve the quality of plastic products; all cables have been selected with larger diameters to avoid unstable voltage and current. For special voltages, like 220V, we’ll use double-diameter cables because the current is much higher than the others.
