Plastic pulverizers are widely used in the grinding and processing of various plastic materials in the fields of chemical industry, waste recycling, plastic pipe manufacturing, plastic profile manufacturing, plastic sheet manufacturing, waste plastic film manufacturing, plastic modification and other fields. According to the grinding principle, the pulverizer is mainly composed of a turbine rotor pulverizer and a disc pulverizer, also known as a normal temperature pulverizer or a plastic recycling pulverizer.
The basic principle of the PVC pulverizer is that the cutter head is driven by the spindle equipped with precision bearings. Driven by the cutter head, the moving knife rotates at a high speed and is tangent to the fixed knife, so that the incoming materials have a strong collision and are ground into powder. Through the combination of air and water cooling, the pulverization temperature of the material is effectively controlled to ensure that the quality of the pulverized material will not change; combined with the configuration of automatic feeding, automatic discharging and automatic sorting systems, the labor intensity is greatly reduced.
The performance characteristics of the pulverizer:
A1: The hardness of the material: the higher the hardness of the material, the more difficult it is to grind, and the greater the loss of equipment parts.
A2: Material temperature: The water content in the grinding material should not exceed 20%. If the water content of the PVC pulverizer is too high, the particle size of the grinding disc will be larger, and the discharge pipe and suction fan will be easily blocked.
A3: The fineness of the material: the higher the fineness of the grinding material, the lower the output, and the loss and load of the equipment are the same.
A4: The components of the material: the components of the PE mill material should be checked before grinding. Among them, the viscosity is high or the melting point is too low, and the density should be distinguished.
A5: Bearing temperature: Under normal production conditions, check whether the cooling water of the bearing seat is turned on, whether the water temperature is normal, and whether high-temperature lubricating oil is added.
