In the plastics industry, low-speed mixers mainly cooperate with high-speed mixers to prevent material agglomeration. In the structural design of the mixer, it is necessary to adjust the feeding position reasonably so as not to affect the vacuum hopper above when the lid is opened. Due to the requirements of the production process, advanced load cells are also installed on the overall equipment. The load cell in the form of SB-SS3T static load module is adopted. Each equipment is reasonably arranged to install 4 static load modules on the base, and adopts the distribution form of solid semi-full 1:1:2. Connect the sensor through a special instrument, and communicate with the host computer through the DP module to achieve the effect of PLC control.

Features of SRL-W series plastic mixing machine:
A1: The hybrid unit has developed a faceted blade structure. The side of the paddle is changed to a thin inclined surface. When the paddle is running, the material will form a vortex-like stirring and mixing effect above the inclined surface, which speeds up the uniformity of the material mixing. On the premise of ensuring the mixing quality, the production capacity is increased by 20-25% .
A2: The mixing unit has developed multiple seals. By improving the structure of the sealing seat and the paddle, a closed channel is formed between them, so that the powdery and fine granular materials always stay in the pot to form a seal; The air is blown to the contact surface of the paddle and the sealing seat through the air hole to form a secondary seal; by setting multiple sealing rings on the main shaft to form a tertiary seal, under the combined action of the three layers of sealing, the powder in the pot can be completely eliminated. Small and granular materials leak out of the pot.
A3: The low-speed mixer adopts an advanced spiral stirring structure, and the gap in the barrel is smaller, so that there is no dead angle, and the discharge is clean. The overall mixing effect can reach the world’s advanced level.
A4: The mixing unit adopts the principle of negative pressure vacuum mixing. Professional electrical engineers have carried out PLC computer programming control, with the ability of automatic production, fast mixing speed and high efficiency.
