SRL-Z500/1250 High speed plastic PVC mixture for pelletizer and granulator
Plastic PVC mixture suitable for plastic, rubber, chemical, food and other industries; mixing, coloring and drying of powdery or granular materials. Typical applications include: production of rigid and soft PVC dry blends, filling and modification of plastics, pre-blending for compounding processes and pre-blending of wood-plastic composites; widely used in PVC extrusion, PVC pelletizer/granulation Machinery and other industries compound PVC resin with stabilizers and other additives. It is an essential machine for the production of PVC products.
Description
Structural features of Plastic PVC mixture:
A1: PVC mixer is used to mix PVC powder, CACO3 and other additives.
A2: PVC mixer is used for extrusion production of PVC pipes/profiles/floors/sheets/gussets/windows and doors.
A3: The PVC mixer consists of a high-speed mixer (thermal mixer), a cooling mixer and a control cabinet.
A4: The hot mixing of the PVC mixer adopts 6-8mm stainless steel SUS304 to ensure that the mixer can be used for a long time under high friction.
A5: The PVC mixer is equipped with self-friction and electric heating methods, and the discharge adopts automatic control and manual control.
A6: The blades (paddles) of the PVC mixer are all cast stainless steel and are dynamically and statically balanced.
A7: The main shaft of the PVC mixer is supported by a new type of sealing device, and the pot cover is double-sealed.
A8: The electrical control of the PVC mixer adopts high-performance precision instruments and control elements, and can be equipped with advanced PLC to realize automatic control,
