High-speed Plastic hot and cold mixer is the preferred equipment for PVC blending process, it is a combination of high-speed hot mixer and horizontal cooling mixer. The high-speed thermal mixer has three stirring blades and diversion sections, etc., under its action, the material will perform complex movements such as high-speed rotation, overturning, etc., so that the temperature rises rapidly to meet the requirements of the material mixing process. Entering the horizontal cooling mixer, through the low-speed movement of the stirring blade and the heat exchange with the water cooling system, it is rapidly cooled to meet the production process requirements.
