SRL-Z500/1600 high speed mixer machine for PP melt-blown pelletizing production line

Description
A1: The high-speed mixer provides the processor with better mixing economy and excellent quality.
A2: The high-speed mixer is a mixing container with a special double-walled jacket structure and an inner cavity with an SS plate.
A3: The labyrinth structure of the container and blade of the high-speed mixer and the hardened and chrome-plated special alloy steel blade ensure a longer life of the mixer cooler.
A4: The high-speed mixer provides a water circulation device to cool the PVC compound faster and increase the cooling surface.
A5: The high-speed mixer weighing and batch conveying system can better mix the resin, CaCo3 and additives in the correct ratio. It also saves material waste and labor costs.
