Features of plastic recycling shredder:
A1: After the material is fed into the shredder, the pusher box pushes the material to the knife stick under the drive of the hydraulic station. The knife stick is driven by a power system composed of a motor, belt, pulley and reducer to shred the material.
A2: The power is fixed on the moving knife holder of the knife stick by bolts. When the equipment is running, the material is shredded by the interaction between the moving knife and the fixed knife; the gap between the moving knife and the fixed knife can be adjusted by adjusting the bolt.
A3: The push box is driven by a hydraulic station; the rotor is driven by a power system consisting of a motor, belt, pulley and reducer. The push box pushes the material to the rotor for shredding.
A4: The shredded material particles are discharged through the screen, and the size of the discharged particles is determined by the aperture of the screen.
