A2: The single-shaft shredder is composed of a cutter head and a static knife to complete the shredding of materials. The cutter consists of a base shaft and quadrilateral cutter blocks of several shapes. The knife holder has 4 blades, which can be replaced. The cutter seat is arranged in multiple rows in a V shape along the axis of the base, and is fixed on the radial shaft with screws, rotates with the base shaft, and finally forms a cutter head. Two static knives are fixed on the frame. The material is sent to the cutter by the horizontal hydraulic cylinder. The speed is stable and adjustable, and the propulsion force is large and uniform. It is suitable for the recovery of various bulk solid materials, refractory materials, irregular plastic containers and plastic barrels, tubes, films, fibers, paper, etc. Spindle speed 45 to 100 rpm.
