How to choose a suitable PVC profile extrusion line?
1. According to the profile type:
‌Door and window profiles/wide-width panels‌: Preferentially use a conical twin-screw extruder with a high-speed mold and a vacuum shaping table (such as the YF series production line).
‌Multi-hole threading tube‌: It is necessary to configure a multi-hole mold and a synchronous traction and cutting system, and the traction speed must be above 40m/min.
‌Decorative lines/low-foaming panels‌: High-end equipment with foaming screw technology and precision temperature control system is required.
2. ‌Production requirements‌
The extrusion capacity of the basic production line is 60-700kg/h. If high production is required, a high-speed extruder can be selected (such as the main machine extrusion capacity ≥500kg/h)

A1. Special screw design, better plasticizing and mixing effect of materials. For highly filled formulas, bimetallic screw and barrel can ensure perfect solution;
A2. Spider-type die head, reasonable compression ratio design, reducing melt seams;

A4. The vacuum shaping groove adopts efficient double-cavity long-length design, faster shaping speed and more efficient cooling;
A5. The planetary cutter adopts hydraulic feeding, the blade chamfering is more perfect, and the cutting surface is smoother;
A6. U-type, R-type and air-blown knife seats can be provided according to the application;
A7. Intelligent PLC control system, humanized interface, easy operation.

Panel width: 180mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, 400mm, 600mm, etc.
Panel thickness: 4.5mm, 5.5mm, 6mm, 6.5mm, 7mm, 7.5mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, 12mm, etc.
