Working Principle
Raw materials are stored in silos, hoppers, bulk bag unloaders, or storage bins. According to the selected recipe, each material is automatically discharged into weighing stations equipped with high-precision load cells.
After weighing, the materials enter the mixing unit where they are blended uniformly. Once mixing is completed, the finished mixture is automatically conveyed to extrusion lines, compounding systems, injection molding machines, or other production equipment.
The entire process is controlled automatically through a centralized PLC system, minimizing human intervention and ensuring accurate batch consistency.
