The structure of ribbon blender:
The ribbon mixer is mainly composed of a U-shaped container, ribbon mixing blades and transmission components.

The forward and reverse rotating spirals are installed on the same horizontal axis to form a low-power and high-efficiency mixing environment. The spiral-shaped blades are generally made into double or triple layers.
The outer spiral collects the materials from both sides to the center, and the inner spiral gathers the materials from both sides to the center.
Materials are transported from the center to both sides, which can form more eddy currents in the flow of materials, speed up the mixing speed, and improve the mixing uniformity.
