Composition structure
The PVC expanding machine is mainly composed of two parts: the working head frame and the base. The working head frame includes a heating box and a expanding die head, which are used to heat and expand the pipe. The base is mainly used to support the pipe and automatically position it correctly at different working positions of the working head frame to ensure the stability and accuracy of the expanding process.

Working principle
The working principle of the PVC expanding machine is relatively complex and requires multiple actions to be implemented in a continuous manner. First, the PVC pipe to be expanded is placed on the base and fixed by a positioning device. Then, the heating box heats the pipe to make the pipe reach a certain softening temperature. Then, the expanding die head expands the heated pipe to form the desired expanding shape. Finally, the expanded pipe is cooled by a cooling device to ensure the stability and durability of the expanded shape.

Functional description:
A1. Pneumatically propulsion heating furnace, the heating furnace can fine-tune the height and the limit of advance, the electric heating tube is semi-open and indirectly heated, and the rotation speed is designed by the manufacturer (timing forward and reverse).
A2. The length of the flaring part is positioned by a photoelectric switch to make the flaring length basically consistent. The flaring die base can fine-tune the limit of advance, and the flaring advance and retreat machinery uses oil pressure and hydraulic source equipment.
A3. The center of the machine is adjusted to a point-type electric chain drive lift, and the center height is about 1 meter.
A4. The control system adopts a human-machine interface and a Chinese and English menu touch screen (Delta).
A5. The machine is equipped with an automatic demoulding device.
A6. The hosting rack is 4.8 meters long and is suitable for a pipe length of 6 meters
A7. The oil and cylinder are equipped with pressure regulating and speed regulating valves.
