The high-speed mixer must fully comply with explosion-proof standards. In particular, the electrical control cabinet must meet explosion-proof specifications. In addition, the mixing barrel, paddles and cover must be made of stainless steel with mirror polishing. Based on the characteristics of the materials to be processed, the machine must also be equipped with a vacuum pump, pressure regulation function, and a real-time pressure relief and compensation system.

Although the mixer is small in size, it places high demands on our processing technology. The production period required for such a customized small plastic mixer is no shorter than that for large-scale mixers. As a Chinese saying goes: “A sparrow may be small, but it has all the vital organs.”

The machine was successfully delivered to the customer in 2025 and has run stably without any quality problems so far!
