The principle of Plastic agglomerator:
When the waste plastic is fed into the granulator cavity, it is cut into smaller pieces due to the crushing action of the rotary knife and the fixed knife. During the crushing process, a large amount of heat is absorbed due to the frictional movement of the crushed material, and the material will enter a semi-plasticized state. Due to plasticization, the particles stick to each other. Spray pre-prepared cold water into the material before fully bonding. The water will evaporate quickly, and the surface temperature of the crushed material will also drop rapidly. So the crushed material will become small particles or granules. Particles of different sizes are easily identified and colored by colorants added to the container during the crushing process.

The pellets can be used directly in an extruder or injection molding machine. It can also be further granulated according to some advanced requirements.
