Structure of PVC decorative floor profiles line:
The PVC decorative floor profile production line is mainly composed of core components such as a mixing device, a material conveying device, a conical twin-screw extruder, a mold, a calender (for certain types of PVC floors, such as imitation marble slabs, a three-roll calender may be used for calendering), a cooling device, a tractor, a cutting machine, and packaging equipment. These devices work together to complete the entire production process from raw material mixing, extrusion molding, cooling and shaping to cutting and packaging.

2. Working principle of PVC decorative floor profiles line:
A1. Mixing: Mix PVC powder with other additives in proportion to ensure that the extruded floor has stable performance and quality.
A2. Conveying: The evenly mixed material is fed into the conical twin-screw extruder through the material conveying device.
A3. Extrusion molding: The extruder melts and extrude the mixture under high temperature and high pressure to form a continuous sheet. The extruded sheet then enters the mold for further shaping.
A4. Cooling and shaping: The sheet that has been shaped by the mold enters the cooling device for rapid cooling and shaping to ensure the dimensional stability and flatness of the floor.
A5. Traction and cutting: The traction machine pulls out the cooled and shaped sheet smoothly and feeds it into the cutting machine for fixed length cutting.
A6. Packaging: After the cut floor is sorted, it is packaged for transportation and storage.
