Horizontal Lithium battery ribbon powder mixer structure:
The lithium battery ribbon mixer consists of a transmission component, a double-layer ribbon agitator, and a U-shaped/0-shaped barrel. There are feed ports, inspection ports, and discharge ports on the container barrel. Special functions such as spray liquid adding device, barrel rotation, and barrel jacket can be formulated according to user requirements. There is a discharge port in the center of the bottom of the barrel, which can be manually or automatically discharged according to production needs.

A1: The barrel of the equipment has a loading rate of about 70%, a high loading coefficient, and the equipment occupies a small space under the same loading capacity.

A5: The stirring main shaft is flange-connected with the transmission shaft at both ends, which is particularly suitable for later maintenance. Especially after a few years, when the internal agitator spray is worn and needs to be re-sprayed, the internal agitator can be removed at any time
A6: The shaft seals at both ends are air-sealed, with excellent sealing performance, ensuring that no powder leaks at both ends
A6: The upper cover can meet the overall pneumatic opening and closing, and check the internal agitator and the spray wear of the inner wall of the U-shaped groove at any time. The upper cover and the U-shaped groove use a new sealing method and a special sealing strip to ensure that no powder leaks during the operation and mixing process.
