The cooperation between BEISU Machinery and NM Bangladesh dates back to an overseas exhibition in 2023. At that time, BEISU Machinery made its debut at the IPF Bangladesh exhibition, showcasing its main products including plastic crushers, plastic shredders, plastic pulverizers, plastic mixers, automatic conveying mixing systems, small-particle formulation machines, and laboratory mixers. This exhibition laid the foundation for cooperation between the two parties. During the 2025 Chinaplas exhibition, the two parties met again, and subsequently, NM Bangladesh inquired about and provided quotations for accessories, millers, crushers, and mixers, officially initiating the cooperation process.

Precise Matching to Meet Stringent Technical Requirements

NM Bangladesh, one of the leading industrial groups in the country, was established in 1968. Its business spans multiple sectors, including plastic pipes, plastic sheets, rotational molding products, and marine engine technology. Previously, the group mainly sourced its disc pulverizers from the Indian brand NAROTO. With stable and reliable equipment quality combined with a competitive pricing advantage, Beisu Machinery successfully secured the order in November 2025.

Regarding the equipment’s technical specifications, the customer has made the following specific requirements:

A1: The electrical control cabinet must achieve a protection rating of IP55.
A2: Equipped with a Siemens PLC and touch screen control system.
A3: A limit switch must be installed in the pulverizing chamber as a safety device.
A4: A powerful cooling system is adopted, and the temperature is controlled through a jacketed structure between the mill body and the bearing housing.
A5: The blades used are SKD-11 disc-type split blades, which must be durable and wear-resistant, and equipped with an adjustment device.
A6: The bearings are SKF brand and equipped with a complete lubrication/grease injection system. The bearing temperature is displayed in real time on the screen.

In February 2026, Beisu Machinery successfully delivered the LLDPE rotational molding grinding mill to the customer’s factory, and completed the initial operation test of the equipment in March 2026. From pre-sales technical communication to equipment delivery and after-sales service, Beisu Machinery has always maintained efficient response and professional support, winning high recognition from customers.
