SJSZ-80/156 Plastic Twin Conical Extruder PVC Pelletizing Line with Die Head Cutting
Plastic PVC pelletizing line is mainly used to produce CPVC granules, PVC granules, soft PVC granules, transparent PVC granules. This PVC pelletizing line adopts advanced design concept to ensure the efficient extrusion of PVC material, combined with the unique concept of plasticization screw design to ensure uniformity of plastic extrusion, high capacity production. Plastic Conical twin-screw air-cooled hot-cut pelletizing line is mainly used for hot-cut granulation and extrusion of powder plastics such as PVC+CaCo calcium carbonate into granules. It has the characteristics of low shear rate, uniform plasticizing and mixing, high output and stable quality.
The main application fields of PVC pelletizing line are as follows:

Process flow:
Raw material+ additive → Mixing → Conveying feeding → Force feeding → Conical twin screw extruder → Blowing hot-cutting mould → Cyclone separator → Vibrating screener → Blowing system → Storage hopper → Finished product packing

SJZ conical twin-screw adopts new high-torque reducer to reduce energy consumption while increasing the output of equipment. The production line is safe and convenient. The barrel adopts cast aluminum heating ring heating and air cooling system. The barrel heating adopts automatic temperature control. The screw core has water cooling and oil cooling. The motor adopts AC or DC motor, equipped with granulator head, granulator device, water circulation system and air delivery device.

A1. Plastic granulation production line is mainly used for PVC powder granulation, which can produce soft PVC granules, hard PVC granules and transparent PVC granules.
A2. PVC granulation line adopts die surface hot cutting method for granulation, which is easy to operate, high production capacity and uniform particle size.
A3. High-speed granulator and extruder are integrated with each other, the cutter and the mold are automatically aligned, the cutter is made of alloy steel, and the granulation quality is good.
A4. The electrical components of the extruder are selected from brands such as ABB, Siemens, Schneider, and Omron to ensure the stable performance of the machine and the service life of continuous operation.
A5. The production line is equipped with a vibrating screen to screen the particles while allowing the particles to be fully cooled.
A6. A two-stage air cooling system is used to enhance the cooling effect and transport it to the silo.
A7. All conveying pipes and silos are made of stainless steel to ensure the cleanliness of the particles.
