Plastic Profile #Extrusion Line is a highly integrated, automated system primarily used for manufacturing architectural door and window profiles, decorative panels, skirting boards, cable conduits and trunking, as well as various types of custom-shaped profiles.

A plastic profile extrusion line typically comprises the following five core modules:
Extruder (Main Machine):
PVC/SPC/WPC: A conical twin-screw extruder (SJSZ series) is mandatory. Since these materials contain a high proportion of calcium powder or wood flour, the twin-screw configuration provides superior plasticizing shear force and stable extrusion pressure.

PE/PP: A single-screw extruder is typically used.
Extrusion Die:
Customized according to the cross-sectional shape of the profile. The flow channel design of the die determines the uniformity of the product’s wall thickness and its surface finish.

Vacuum Calibration Table:
Core Function: Utilizes vacuum suction to press the molten material—freshly extruded from the die—firmly against the inner walls of the calibration mold, while simultaneously cooling and solidifying it rapidly using circulating water.
For complex or custom-shaped profiles, the length of the calibration table and the power of the vacuum pump directly influence the production speed.

Haul-off Unit:
Employs either a caterpillar-track or roller-type traction mechanism. Through variable frequency speed control, it synchronizes its speed with that of the extruder, ensuring that the profile is neither stretched too thin nor allowed to pile up.

Cutting and Stacking System (Cutter & Stacker):
Automatic Cutting: Utilizes either dust-free cutting or saw-blade cutting methods. When paired with a fixed-length measuring device, it ensures that the length of every profile is precise and consistent.
