Plastic PVC Chemical Additives Weighing and Heating Cooling Mixing Dosing Equipment Plant

一、 System structure
The automatic batching, mixing and conveying dust collection system of the fully automatic metering, weighing and mixing system for plastic PVC powder mainly includes: main material feeding weighing device, auxiliary material micro-feeding weighing device, liquid material batching, mixing unit and conveying system; it adopts PLC and microcomputer composite control, which can implement highly automated control and monitoring, and can meet the production needs of 24 hours without stopping.

The automatic batching system is an integrated automation system that integrates weighing, formula control, mixing and homogenizing, material conveying and other processes through microcomputer control and data management. It adopts Mitsubishi or Siemens series PLC and industrial control microcomputer to form a high-performance control platform.

The automatic batching system consists of six parts:
① Control part: The upper computer adopts industrial control microcomputer, Mitsubishi or Siemens series PLC communication module and switch input and output module, as well as manual/automatic control switch, manual button and indicator light are all installed in the integrated control cabinet for easy operation;

② Software part: Tailor-made according to the basic requirements of the batching system and the actual needs of users;

③ Weighing part: High-precision weighing module is adopted, combined with weighing control instrument combination;

④ Feeding part: Pneumatic valve control and screw frequency conversion are adopted for feeding and discharging control;

⑤ Mixing part: Relevant mixing equipment is configured according to material mixing and customer requirements;

⑥ Conveying part: Screw feeding or pneumatic feeding is used to deliver materials to the designated location.

二、 Workflow of automatic batching system:
The weighing hopper is equipped with a weighing sensor and connected to the industrial computer. The automatic batching system is designed to manually check the zero position of each weighing hopper when it is shut down, and monitor whether the weighing hopper returns to zero position normally; automatic zeroing is performed during the continuous batching process to correct the zero position change of the weighing hopper and ensure the measurement accuracy.

After the operator clicks the batching process to start, the PLC controls the pneumatic valve and screw of the first material to open, and the material is slowly added to the weighing hopper. The computer monitors the signal transmitted by the weighing metering sensor in real time and compares it with the target value set by the formula.

When the set formula target value is reached, the PLC control output is disconnected, the pneumatic valve and screw of the first material are closed, and the total weight of the weighing hopper and the added material is measured after stabilization, and this value is used as the zero position before the second material is added.
Then the second material is added, and this is repeated for the second, third, etc., until all materials are added.

The feeding process ends and all the pre-set discharge conditions are met, and the discharge process begins. The discharge pneumatic valve opens, and the mixed material flows out naturally under the action of gravity. The system monitors the signal sent by the weighing hopper metering sensor in real time.
