The structure and principle of Plastic shredding machine:
A1: After the material is fed into the shredder, the pusher box pushes the material to the knife stick under the drive of the hydraulic station. The knife stick is driven by a power system composed of a motor, belt, pulley and reducer to shred the material.
A2: The power is fixed on the moving knife holder of the knife stick by bolts. When the equipment is running, the material is shredded by the interaction between the moving knife and the fixed knife; the gap between the moving knife and the fixed knife can be adjusted by adjusting the bolt.
A3: The moving knife is fixed by bolts and the fixed knife cooperates with the moving knife to shred the material when the power base equipment is running; the gap between the moving knife and the fixed knife can be adjusted by adjusting the bolt.
A4: The push box is driven by a hydraulic station; the rotor is driven by a power system consisting of a motor, belt, pulley and reducer. The push box pushes the material to the rotor for shredding.
