MF-500/600/800 Plastic PE/PP/PET pulverizing machine with D2 disc blades
MF series Plastic pulverizing machine is to grind various granular materials including high and low density plastics such as: Ldpe (16ma 400ipcl grade textile and wire coating); Ldpe, Hdpe (Masterbatch 26500 grade); Lldpe (36ra 0345 ipcl grade); RPVC, PET, ABS, PC,EVA,PP etc.
Description
Features of Plastic pulverizing machine:
A1: The disc and grinding body of the pulverizer
For smooth machining, the chainrings are made of quality-tested and dynamically balanced graded material.
A2: Cooling of the mill
The cooling system of the pulverizer adopts a combination of air cooling and water cooling.
A3: Metal detector for mill
The machine is equipped with high-efficiency hopper magnets to detect metal parts in polymers.
A4: Feeding of the mill
The feeding hopper shows a low level indicator, and the system automatically trips when the material is overloaded.
A5: The cyclone of the pulverizer
Our cyclone system is easy to clean and features 16 bag filters.
A6: Hopper loader for pulverizer
On request, a pneumatic hopper loader will be supplied.
