Aluminum-plastic separation equipment is not only used in aluminum-plastic film, aluminum-plastic pipe, aluminum-plastic board, tablet board; but also used in PVC, SPC, WPC, etc. with low to medium hardness.

The aluminum-plastic miller can choose a cutter head or a grinding disc according to the material. If the aluminum film or aluminum content is high, it is recommended to use a disc mill. Among them, the particles of the cutter disc mill are partially crushed after hitting the tooth plate, and are drawn out by suction, while the larger particles continue to hit, and are drawn out after being crushed. It not only reduces the load on the cutter head, improves the grinding efficiency, but also cools the powder evenly. According to heat work equivalent: it is converted into 860 kcal of heat after doing work per hour. This machine is external ventilation. The air volume is up to 50m/KW, and most of the heat is taken away by the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet air. A small part of the heat is solved by water cooling. It is required that the inlet temperature of the cold water is not higher than 25°C, and the outlet water temperature is not higher than 45°C. In summer, the cooling water flow should be appropriately increased to reduce the temperature.
