The principle of plastic agglomerator machine:
When the waste plastic enters the chamber of this machine, it will be cut into smaller pieces due to the crushing action of the rotating and stationary knives. During the crushing process, the material absorbs a lot of heat due to the frictional movement of the crushed material, and the material will enter a semi-plasticized state. Due to plasticization, the particles stick to each other. Spray pre-prepared cold water into the crushed material before it is fully bonded. The water will evaporate quickly, and the surface temperature of the crushed material will also drop rapidly. So the crushed material will become small particles or granules.

For waste plastic agglomerate, like PE, PP, LDPE, HDPE bags, film, PP, PE, PVC and poly, nylon and some other soft pipe, film, silk materials. It’s an idea equipment for waste material recycling crushing and granulate.
