A1: The single-shaft shredder consists of a moving knife and a fixed knife to complete the shredding of materials. The tool consists of a base shaft and several pockets in the shape of a quadrilateral. The knife seat has 4 blades, which can be replaced. The tool holders along the axis of the base are arranged in V-shaped rows, and are fixed on the radial axis with screws, and rotate together with the base shaft to form the cutter head.
Two fixed knives are fixed on the frame; the material is sent to the cutter by a horizontal hydraulic cylinder. The speed is stable and adjustable, and the propulsion force is large and uniform. It is suitable for recycling various bulk solid materials, refractory materials, irregular plastic containers and plastic buckets, tubes, films, fibers, paper, etc.
A2: We can provide a variety of rotor configurations to suit different applications. For example: high performance rotors, hard material rotors and soft and thin film rotors.
