Structure of PE plastic shredder: The main structure is composed of shaft, moving blade, fixed blade, reducer, motor, feed hopper, discharge port, electric control cabinet, control panel, screen, drum, tool holder, etc. The plastic shredder is especially suitable for most large plastics or other materials, and the size will be reduced by 30% after crushing, and the size of some materials after crushing can reach 50%.
Features of PE plastic shredder:
A1: The main shaft is driven by a gear reducer, running smoothly, with low noise and large torque.
A2: The single-shaft shredder is composed of a cutter head and a static knife to complete the shredding of materials. The tool consists of a base shaft and quadrilateral cutter blocks of several shapes. The blade can be used in four directions. The blade quality is 9CrSi, C12MoV, SKD-ll, D2, etc. The movable knife adopts the “V” or “one” installation method to make the knife cut evenly, reduce energy consumption and reduce noise; each knife has 4 cutting edges, which rotate 90 degrees after wear; each group has 2 cutting edges. After wearing, it can be rotated 180 degrees for continued use; the blades on the rotor are detachable for easy cleaning and maintenance.
A3: We can provide different rollers according to different materials. Choosing the right roller can improve machine performance and productivity. We can offer three types of rollers: high performance rollers, rigid material rollers and film rollers.
A4: We have designed three different tool holders according to the material, such as welding tool holder, assembly tool holder and CNC cutting tool holder.
A5: Hydraulic driven pusher: The hydraulic driven pusher is equipped with adjustable guide blocks and adopts advanced sealing design. Ash chute – removes dust from the pusher during shredding and protects the hydraulic system.
A6: Two-speed hydraulic system: The material box is pushed back at high speed to maximize the output. Built-in oil/air cooling device can meet the needs of continuous production.
A7: PLC intelligent control system: When the equipment is overloaded, the knife roller will rotate and reverse automatically, and the equipment will automatically stop working when there is no material.
