Features of mini laboratory mixer:
A1: Mixing pot: three-layer structure, divided into inner layer, outer layer and interlayer, the inner layer is welded with stainless steel, the barrel wall and barrel bottom are all made of stainless steel, one-time die-casting arc-shaped pot bottom, the inner surface is smooth and hard, resistant to Abrasion, corrosion resistance, not easy to stain.
A2: The pot is made of cast aluminum, the inner surface is finely turned and polished, there are two sealing strips, and the workmanship is fine. The exhaust port is equipped with a filter element device, and the feed port is equipped with a hopper and a discharge butterfly valve DN250.
A3: Mixer heating: Self-friction and electric heating are adopted. Heat is transferred through heat transfer oil (No. 320). The friction between the blade and the material and the thrust of the side deflector on the material increase the temperature.
A4: Mixer transmission parts: The stirring paddle is made of stainless steel and specially processed by machinery, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
A5: The main shaft of the mixer: finely turned, finely ground, quenched and tempered, with fine workmanship. Three seals are adopted, followed by tetrafluoroethylene, gas, and skeleton oil seals, which do not leak powder.
A6: The discharge device of the mixer: made of aluminum alloy casting, equipped with a pneumatic discharge door, with temperature and time control automatic discharge. The cylinder and the material gate are connected in a straight line, and there is a high temperature resistant sealing strip (8mm) for reliable pressing and good sealing performance.
