What is a single screw extruder?
The single screw pipe extruder is a plastic processing equipment, which is mainly used to produce plastic pipes of various specifications. Its core component is a rotating screw, which is located in a heated barrel. Under the rotation of the screw, the plastic raw material is fed into the barrel and gradually heated to a molten state. Then, the molten plastic is extruded by high pressure, and after being molded by a mold, the pipe of the desired shape is finally obtained.

The main components of the single screw pipe production line include the raw material conveying system, the melt extrusion system, the mold molding system, the cooling and shaping system, the traction cutting system and the control system.
