Conical twin-screw extruder has the characteristics of uniform plasticizing and kneading, high output, stable quality, wide adaptability, long service life and direct molding of PVC powder. With the corresponding molding head die and auxiliary machine, various thermoplastics, especially hard polyvinyl chloride powder, can be directly extruded into plastic products such as tubes, plates, sheets, rods, films and profiles, and can also be completed. Conical twin-screw extruder has stable performance, which can make the melt plasticize and extrude at a lower temperature. The barrel is equipped with a cast aluminum heater, which has high thermal efficiency, fast and uniform heating, and is equipped with a cooling fan.
The specially designed transmission part adopts a new variable frequency motor drive or a direct drive flow motor, which has stable operation, large transmission torque and high efficiency. Through the imported inverter or DC converter, it can achieve stepless and smooth speed regulation, high precision and energy saving. The intelligent dual-display digital temperature controller has high control precision and small temperature fluctuation. With overload protection and fault alarm, screw core oil circulation constant temperature, barrel oil cooling and other functions, and equipped with vacuum exhaust pipe device and quantitative feeding device.
Conical twin-screw extruder features:
A1.SJZ series conical twin- screw extruder have applied oil cooling system. Barrel is cooled by special wind cooling system.
A2. SJZ series conical twin-screw extrudersystem has applied special computer control. According to customers requirements, most reasonable structure of conical twin screw can be made so as to achieve best plasticity performance and material quality.
A3. SJZ series conical twin-screw is made by high precision special digital screw miller; extruding property can be highly harmonized. It has firstly introduced advanced technique of producing screw with variable pitch and depth, so that the material can be more softly sheared and cut.
A4. The distribution gearbox is specially designed, pull force bearing is fully imported, and the drive life span can be prolonged. It can bear larger extruding pressure.
A5.The electrical system has mainly applied imported parts, it has multiple alarm system, and there are few problems which can be easily eliminated. The cooling system has applied special design, heat emission area is enlarged, the cooling is rapid, and temperature control tolerance can be ± 1degree.
