The principle of plastic miller machine:
The soft and hard PVC, SPC, WPC recycled materials are crushed to 8-10mm flakes by a horizontal strong crusher, and the metal is removed through a metal detector or a magnetic frame through the air conveying system, and the recycled materials after removing the metal enter through the material head. The main machine of the pulverizer is ground into fine powder under the action of the fixed knife and the moving knife inside the grinding chamber. The powder is driven by the fan and enters the vibrating screen for screening. The material port is conveyed to the silo or weighed and packaged by the screw feeder.

Application areas:
The PVC waste recycling miller is designed by our factory using German technology and our own production experience. PVC pulverizer is used to pulverize waste SPC floors, PVC ceilings, PVC pipes, PVC profiles, and PVC marble slabs into fine powder. The capacity can be from 100-900kg/h.

A1: The working part of the plastic grinding machine is the cutter head in the grinding chamber. The plastic particles are ground into fine plastic powder by the high-speed rotating moving cutter head and the stationary wallboard cutter head, which are drawn out by the suction fan, while the larger particles continue to be ground. In this way, the plastic pulverizer reduces the load of the cutter head, improves the grinding efficiency, and enables the powder to be cooled evenly.

A4: The temperature controller and water vapor control device of the pulverizer—-can accurately measure the temperature in the pulverizing cavity, so as to avoid the plastic melting and agglomeration due to the excessive temperature in the cavity.
A5: Grinding disc adjuster for grinding mill—The gap between the grinding disc moving knife and the fixed knife adopts specific adjustment (completed in one minute). It is new and simple, and it is easy to control the size of the powder. The size of the powder can be adjusted from 10 to 150 meshes. Through special adjustment Installation, convenient and fast (just 2-3 minutes).
