In 2025, BEISU Machinery successfully delivered a PVC powder mixer to SIMONA.

SIMONA is a top-tier multinational group founded in 1857, with business covering multiple fields including PVC sheets, rods, and aerospace materials. The cooperation between BEISU Machinery and SIMONA originated from customer recommendation.
For the waste PVC powder raw materials provided by the customer, we carried out special technical design — every detail was meticulously refined from steel material selection, frame structure optimization to precision component selection, especially in sealing devices and other details: the PVC mixer adopts a dual sealing structure combining mechanical seal and gas seal, avoiding powder leakage from the source, and ultimately winning the recognition of international customers with a solid technical solution.
During communication, the customer put forward the following specific technical requirements for the mixer equipment:
- A1: Effective working volume of 215 cubic feet (approximately 6000 liters)
- A2: Handling free-flowing materials with a bulk density of up to 65 pounds per cubic foot (or 1050 kilograms per cubic meter)
- A3: Material of parts in contact with materials is 316 stainless steel
- A4: Stainless steel internal surface treatment to 60 mesh (roughness 80Ra)
- A5: Top shaft speed of approximately 20 revolutions per minute
These strict technical requirements set high standards for the design, manufacturing process and quality control of the equipment.
The core equipment provided to SIMONA this time is the PVC Ribbon Mixer. With efficient mixing performance and wide applicability, this series of equipment is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, building materials and other fields, and can meet the process requirements of powder-to-powder mixing, powder with a small amount of liquid mixing, powder-to-particle mixing, etc.
