PVC Grinding Milling Machine Application:
PVC grinding machine adopts rotor blade design to crush waste PVC materials into powder for recycling. It is widely used to recycle waste PVC ceiling, plastic foam board, plastic sheet machine, PVC wallboard, PVC profile, PVC pipe, etc.

A1: Grinding mechanism:
Grinding disc/knife disc layout: Adopting turbine structure or grinding disc design, crushing is achieved through high-speed shearing action of moving knife and fixed knife, which is suitable for efficient grinding needs of hard PVC sheets17.
Wear-resistant tool configuration: The knife disc is made of SKD-11 alloy steel or imported wear-resistant steel, with double-sided tooth design, which supports repeated repair and use, and the service life can reach more than 500 tons.

Compound cooling solution: Integrated air cooling and water cooling dual heat dissipation, reducing the temperature of the grinding chamber through circulating coolant and airflow to avoid high-temperature softening or degradation of PVC15.

Separation screen
