Our crushing and grinding machine is engineered for processing rigid plastic scraps such as SPC flooring, WPC (Wood Plastic Composite), and PVC profiles or sheets. It combines coarse crushing with fine grinding in a single unit, efficiently transforming large production waste, off-cuts, and rejected parts into uniform, fine powder.

This output is ideal for direct recycling, re-pelletizing, or reuse as raw material, significantly enhancing resource efficiency and reducing production costs.
Working Principle of Crushing Pulverizing Milling Machine:
Material is fed into the crushing chamber through the feed inlet and is initially crushed by the interaction of high-speed rotating moving blades and fixed stationary blades. Subsequently, the crushed material enters the grinding chamber under the action of airflow or machinery, where it is further ground into fine powder by impact, shearing, and friction between the high-speed rotating grinding disc and the fixed grinding disc. Powder that meets the fineness requirements is discharged through a screen, while particles that do not meet the requirements continue to be ground in the chamber until the requirements are met.
