Design features of SPC PVC crusher:
A1: The plastic crusher adopts a solid welded steel structure, and the upper and lower parts of the casing intersect horizontally.
A2: Plastic shredder rotors feature a heavy duty paddle design with a knife cover to protect the blade when handling abrasive applications. All knives are manufactured from chrome-nickel tool steel as standard, but when machining particularly abrasive applications, they can be equipped with specially designed wear-resistant rotors with wear-resistant steel components and a Hardox finish.
A3: The specially designed tool setting fixture of the plastic shredder means that the tool can be adjusted from outside the machine, significantly reducing the downtime required to change/set up the tool. The base features a solid welded construction with anti-vibration rubber feet to reduce vibration and noise. The drive motor is mounted on the tension rail for easy adjustment of the V-belt tension. Integrated suction chute for material discharge.
A4: The integrated stop safety device of the plastic crusher prevents contact with the rotor until it comes to a complete stop. A safety switch prevents the machine from starting when the front panel is open and the machine has emergency stop buttons on the body and control panel.
A5: The plastic crusher fan conveys the crushed material device, and the crushed qualified particles are drawn out of the machine by the suction fan, which is convenient for bagging and storage; this equipment and the large SWP model are equipped with an independent control box.
