Technical points of plastic recycling crusher:
A1. Crusher’s main shaft rotor: The main shaft rotor adopts high-strength steel structure and unique V-shaped design. The most suitable main shaft can also be designed according to different materials. The main shaft has undergone strict static and dynamic balance tests to ensure smooth and reliable operation of the machine.
A2. Crusher’s external bearing box: The bearing box is installed outside the main body, and wool felt is used to seal the main shaft and the box. It effectively prevents crushed materials from entering the bearing box and improves the life of the bearing.
A3. Crusher’s hydraulic opening and closing device (optional): The upper and lower crushing chambers and screen brackets are automatically opened and closed by hydraulic control. It is convenient for machine maintenance, blade and screen replacement, and quick completion of the cleaning of the crushing cabinet.
A4. Crusher’s knife change fixing protection device: The main shaft rotor remains fixed during the knife change process, cutting off the circuit to facilitate the tightening of the fastening bolts.
