Working Principle of Water‑Ring Granulating Line:

After the material is plasticized at high temperature by the extruder, it is extruded uniformly from the die head. High‑speed rotating cutters directly pelletize on the surface of the die head. Meanwhile, circulating water forms a “water ring” for instant cooling to rapidly shape the pellets. Subsequently, drying and screening are completed via the dewatering system and vibrating sieve, and finally regenerated plastic pellets with uniform size are obtained.
