What is a WPC/SPC/PVC Pulse Dust Collector?

The WPC/SPC/PVC Pulverizer Pulse Dust Collector is a highly efficient and environmentally friendly system designed to work in conjunction with pulverizing equipment. It is mainly used to collect dust generated during the grinding process, ensuring clean production and compliance with environmental standards.

By adopting a “filtration + pulse jet cleaning” working mode, it maintains consistently high operational efficiency. It is widely used in industries such as building materials, chemicals, food, and pharmaceuticals.

Working principle of WPC/SPC/PVC Pulse Dust Collector:

The WPC/SPC/PVC grinding mill pulse dust collector mainly consists of filter bags, pulse valves, air storage tanks, dust hoppers, and a control system. Its operation is divided into two core stages:

A1: Filtration Stage: Dust-laden gas enters the dust collector through the inlet. Dust is trapped by the outer surface of the filter bags, while clean air passes through the filter material into the clean air chamber and is discharged. This process can capture fine particles as small as 0.3–0.5 μm, achieving a purification efficiency of over 99.9%.

A2: Pulse Cleaning Stage: When dust accumulation on the filter bag surface increases and resistance rises, the control system automatically triggers the pulse valve. High-pressure air (0.4–0.6 MPa) is instantly injected into the filter bag, causing it to expand and vibrate rapidly, shaking the dust into the ash hopper for discharge. This process takes only about 0.1 seconds, consumes little energy, and does not interrupt dust collection operations.

This “dust removal while working” design ensures long-term stable operation of the equipment and avoids the problem of reduced efficiency caused by clogging in traditional dust collectors.

Structure and Technical Configuration of WPC/SPC/PVC Pulse Dust Collector:

Structure: External filter pulse jet baghouse dust collector (offline cleaning type)

Filtration area: Designed based on the air volume handled; it is recommended to calculate based on a filtration velocity ≤ 1.0 m/min.

For example: If the air volume handled is 30,000 m³/h, then the required filtration area is ≥ 500 m² (30,000 ÷ 60 ÷ 1.0).

  • Filter Bag Assembly

Filter media material: Polyester needle-punched felt + PTFE microporous membrane composite filter media (antistatic, temperature resistant to 130℃, instantaneous 150℃)

Filter bag size: Φ130×2450 mm or Φ160×6000 mm (customized according to equipment model)

Service life: ≥2 years (under reasonable dust removal + oil-free and water-free operating conditions)

Filtration accuracy: Capable of capturing particles ≥0.3μm, emission concentration <10 mg/m³ (superior to national standards)

  • Dust Removal System

Cleaning Method: Offline pulse jet cleaning (avoids secondary dust generation during cleaning)

Pulse Valve: Right-angle solenoid valve, pressure resistance 0.8MPa, response time <50ms

Pulse Pressure: 0.5~0.7 MPa (adjustable)

Pulse Cycle: Automatically controlled based on pressure difference (recommended pressure difference threshold: 800~1200 Pa)

Cleaning Mode: Row-type spray, independent pulse jet pipe for each row of filter bags, ensuring uniform energy distribution
